On the first morning on the boat I woke up early and went to the upper deck. A co-passenger was already up and doing yoga. I was thrilled to see another yogi on the boat!

After chatting with him, it turned out that Harvey, a soft-spoken American, practices yoga over 20 years and does it 6 days a week. He was willing to give us a yoga session: thus our yoga session at 6 am on the boat started.

To my delight there were around 5 or 6 yogis out of 41 passengers including myself.

Thanks to Harvey I was motivated to practice yoga on the boat every morning.
