La visita de los pediatras Nuno y Roberto a Suiza fue una experiencia mágica repleta de risas, exquisiteces gastronómicas y exploraciones. Disfrutaron de viñedos, la imponente cascada del Rin, pueblos encantadores, Zurich y el hogar del chocolate Lindt, creando momentos y recuerdos inolvidables que quedarán grabados en sus corazones.

Philippe sought a peaceful hike around Zermatt, opting for Täschalp to Täschhütte, savoring isolated trails with stunning views of the Weisshorn and Täschhorn. Despite tricky paths and variable weather, the experience remained rewarding. Returning along the river, they encountered hunters and climbers, culminating in a unique connection to nature.

Exploring Täschalp to Zermatt: Stunning Views Await

The trail from Täschalp to Winkelmatten offers breathtaking views of the Weisshorn and Matterhorn. Philippe and I previously hiked it toughly, but this time took a bus, enjoying sunshine and fewer hikers. We met fellow travelers from Australia and relished the scenic villages, sandwiches, and a terrace drink along the way.

Matterhorn Glacier Trail: A Winter Hike Adventure in early Autumn

Die Wanderung von Trockener Steg zum Schwarzsee und weiter nach Zermatt war geprägt von kaltem Wetter und einer fast einsamen Atmosphäre. Trotz der Kälte bot die klare Sicht auf das Matterhorn beeindruckende Ausblicke. Die Schließung der Schwarzsee-Hütte war enttäuschend, jedoch verbesserte sich das Wetter, was die Wanderung angenehmer machte.

A Refreshing Stroll Through Zermatt’s Gorner Schlucht

In Zermatt, we enjoyed a refreshing walk through Gorner Schlucht, appreciating its dramatic beauty anew. Afterward, we stopped at Blatten restaurant for apricot cake and hot tea. A conversation with the owner provided insights into the changing tourism landscape in Zermatt, enriching our experience of this picturesque town.

Klingenstock to Fronalpstock with Persio, Silvana and the Ortiz family!
