What a fantastic day at the Takefu Knife Village, a knife factory founded in 1336. We had the opportunity to follow and apply the 12 stages to make our own Santoku Knife.
Flattening, grinding, polishing, sharpening and finally stamping our own Kanji initials onto the knife.
